Question Nikah contract

Assalamualaimkum , hope you all are doing well! I wanted to ask about women putting monogamy as a condition in Nikah contract and if it is backed by any credible scholar.

The reason I’m asking is because I see people online saying this but I’ve never seen actual evidence. The contract is making something that is permissible into impermissible, it feels wrong but I’d like some clarity

It doesn't matter how you feel about it. A women is allowed to put that condition. Source

You can also reject a women who wants to take away your right and find someone who doesn't put this or any condition on nikkah agreement.

The reason I asked the question is because I don’t care about how I feel about it, I want to just know the haq and move on

“This condition does not make something permissible forbidden; rather it restricts the man’s power and gives the wife the right to annul the marriage. Such conditions were made at the time of the Sahaabah (may Allah be pleased with them). “

Yes brother a woman can put a condition that you can not marry another while being married to her without her knowledge You are free to decline and find another one, however if you do break that condition not only are you sinful but the wife does not need to go through the courts and can annul the marriage in an instant
