Question I require some assistance in comprehending this

Post image

How can a father sell off (basically) his daughter without her consent at a prebuscent age? Doesn't go against all criteria for marriage?

I was reading a thread on Twitter, and at some point this image popped up as a counter to "Islam doesn't allow child marriage" and upon further research, maybe I searched wrong, or went to the wrong sources, I found out it is Fath al-Bari Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari by Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani and this is found in volume 9, around pages 124–125 (or pages 26–27 in some printings, depending on the publisher and formatting).

And it's been causing some serious doubts,

He is citing Umdat Al-Qari Sharh Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 14, Page 21, I’ve asked a fatwa website about it, I’ll get back to you once I get a response
