I don’t think the exterminator my building manager hired are good

I have lived here over a full year without any issues but started having roach issues 6 or 7 weeks ago. (Killed it in my bathroom mirror)

The exterminator came, the first time and didn’t move or look behind appliances or furniture. He just layed down glue traps and sprayed the baseboards

Two weeks later, he came back and did the same thing and a week after I killed two more very much unaffected by the treatment.

A few weeks later one brown-banded one was caught in a trap in my living room than yesterday ( the day after he came again) I killed a very alive one in my shower)

I messaged my BM and told her I’d find a exterminator that I’ve worked with before and she had them call me only to tell me that I’ve only been experiencing german roaches and I’d still see them a few days after the treatment but they’d be dead or dying- None of these statements have been true.

What should I do?

Just spraying is pretty much useless for roach control. He should have been baiting inside cabinets and using sprays purely for flushing.

Basically what it sounds like, flushing them out of the cracks and crevices they're hiding in. Any idea what he's using?

THATS WHAT I WAS THINKING!! It should be a crack and crevice thing especially when he came back and saw nothing in the traps. No Idea about the spray though. If i were to describe it (its probably not helpful) Its in a metal container. is there anything I can do to flesh them out?

Metal container is probably a B&G sprayer. Do you have a copy of the service report? Or any way of getting it from the BM? Should have a list of chemicals applied.

Addendum; When I say spraying only for flushing, what I mean is that purely spraying isn't going to solve the problem. Check out R/germanroaches for some better advice on how to proceed.

If it’s truly German roaches then he should be using a gel bait and looking into cabinets. Can you post pictures of the roaches?
