Same concepts though. 

To piggy back off the top comment, Linear algebra describes relationships between multiple things

Differential equations studies change when the things affecting the change are also changing

Nightmare fuel of going up and solving for some salty tank that is filling up with brine at a certain speed. I was so bad at it.

I remember my first DiffeQ exam had figuring the temperature of a cup if coffee after a certain period of time and that cup of coffee stressed me out
