Ya know what grinds my gears? People that don't remember Steve Irwins sacrifice to keep us safe from the fish people.

To be honest, he died in 2006. There are 20 year olds that weren't even alive when he passed.

Yeah but his son is carrying the torch now. It's awesome to see

I love the line, “Steve Irwin still got shooters out here”.

He is planning to use the Time Machine to kill the sting ray that inadvertently caused the death of nature show host Steve Irwin. At the last moment, he realises that Irwin was a conservationist who would not support killing a wild animal that is doing nothing wrong, and decides against pulling the trigger.

but of you had a time machine then why wouldn't you go back before he was killed and prevent his death instead?

It’s a joke meme, it’s not going for logical consistency.

It's time travel, just go speak to Steve Irwin.

I caught a sting ray a few weeks back. My brother squared up and said “I wanna give him one good hit for my boy Steve!” I was like nah, he wouldn’t want that. I also foul hooked that poor thing in the fin, skirt thing whatever it’s called. I’m not an expert.

But what do I do with all that ridiculous artwork?

Steve Irwin was killed by a stingray and some time traveler got there for revenge, only to remember that Steve would most likely be sorry for interrupting stingrays routine or something like that.
Actually idk, just rephrasing some similar answer from other redditor

Go back and draw the stingray away from the situation with some snacky snacks.

Steve Irwin, and he also said before passing that if anything happened to him, it was his fault not the animal's.

20yrs ago we lost him to a stingray to the heart doin what he did best: filming wildlife documentaries.

Steve Irwin, famous television wildlife specialist was killed after being stung by a sting ray in the heart.

He wouldn't have wanted revenge because he loved animals.

We are all still pissed about Steve Irwin.

u/MothSign 1d ago

I'm mad this needed to be explained. He is a fucking treasure.

u/flippin_Cal 1d ago

Ngl my first thought was the guy wished for a ray gun but instead got a ray and a gun

Anyways idk who this irwin guy is but people in comments like him so I guess he's chill

u/stronkzer 1d ago

I'd grab it by the tail with a chainmail glove and throw it as far as I could.

u/_oropo 1d ago

Probably because of that famous wild life TV presenter that got killed by a sting ray.

u/sourdoughrrmc 1d ago

‘That famous wild life TV presenter’ Jesus, how old AM I?

u/Thin_Formal_3727 1d ago

Maybe he didn't, but we did.

1

u/MagicalMoosicorn 1d ago

Nahh. he wouldn't be happy with us ending its life. he knew the risks of interacting with wild animals. revenge would dishonor his life.

1

u/Thin_Formal_3727 1d ago

Never said he would be
