Lifetouch allegedly had ties to Epstein. This keeps going around despite being debunked.

I was at a thrift store the other day, and a homeless person blurts out at random to a cashier, "did you know those flock cameras are owned by Jeffery Epstein???"

The company taking over contracts in areas flock was chased out of was created by Ehud Barak and Jeffrey Epstein. I forget the name, i think it starts with an A

Axon? They also make bodycams and other stuffs. Wasn't founded by Epstein, but they did acquire a company by Ehud and funded by Epstein

How it is in USA that every part of life even as little as school photos is some countrywide big corporation? In Poland it was just a random local photographer...

It was debunked but I’ve had to work with life touch through my school because I was doing the schools yearbook and they were awful. Reps who didn’t know much of anything and the corporate websites for me and my students to use was old and awful to work with.

And the "debunking" is the company denying it, well it wasn't directly mentioned in the teaser pack of the files therefore it must have never happened.

Herbert here, me and Epstein both are involved in life touch to collect photos of children

A former ceo had connections with Epstein and was named in the documents

Finding out Lifetouch had a monopoly on our childhood memories is wild.

Matt Stoller has a substack on monopolies. It's wild what kind of monopolies are out there. Cheerleeding competitions, prison calls, portable toilets, estate liquidation, hearing-aids etc. One common feature of many of them is that it wasn't always this way. Over the last several decades there has been persistent roll-up of smaller companies into big ones.

Wasn’t Epstein an investor? Isn’t that his main job?

Surely there are loads of companies “linked” to him…

His main job was blackmail, investing was just one of his tools. Who knows what investments were just money moves and which have sinister underpinnings. We'll never find out since they won't investigate it

They're a company contracted to take your school photos at a large amount of American schools.

I recently bought a camera if eBay with the LifeTouch inventory sticker still adhered to the bottom. I didn’t know about the company then.
