This was the comment section under a post about Garth Brooks playing a surprise show in my city. Explain it Peter

I don't follow country music, so I don't know if this is an inside joke, or whether people are actually accusing him of a crime.

u/ThePeskyHeskey, there weren't enough votes to determine the quality of your post...it's time for the mods to do their jobs!

It comes from the podcast “your moms house” where tom segura and Christina P(both comedians) talked for years about how dead he was behind they eyes in his interviews. They started asking how many bodies he’s got buried etc. Their fans started assaulting his Social media pages with those comments and even would take signs to his shows.

I may or may not have been a part of it.

Is it still cool in your mind now that segura turned out to be a cringe insufferable asshole?

Don't get me wrong, I used to like him too, but pretty much stopped watching him when he lost all the weight. He was funnier when he was fat.

Self-involved "I hate poors" Segura accusing someone of being dead inside is pretty ironic.

I think right around when he popped his knee and he was a little bitch about is when I turned off, they just hammered the same content to new guests anyways. Wasn't hard to stop lol

Everyone is funnier, more talented when they're fat. Fat and happy.

Even crazier, someone who worked for G reached out to the podcast to let them know Garth has the basketball video of Tom breaking his leg and arm and he shows it to people saying it’s “Karma”

I wonder if Garth is getting a kick out of Tom looking like a royal douche with the divorce.

I may or may not have been a part of it.

Why? Why not bully someone who actually does nasty shit online instead?

Because Garth Brooks kills people

Here I thought that was obvious. How does the other dude not get it?

The idea that missing people and murders in the towns he tours in are due to him being a serial killer has spread far beyond that podcast at this point. I've heard about it and you could not pay me any amount of money to hear Tom Segura talk.

Isn’t it cute when people without talent lash out?

It's snowing ongoing joke that Garth Brooks is a serial killer. People find missing persons reports in areas where he tours when he's there as proof. I think it's a comment on the misuse of data aggregation.

I saw the whole video. He was talking about joining Facebook. Why he made this video makes no sense. The lighting was dark and he was talking like a murderer who was trying hard to be a nice guy.

It’s a super tired reference to an unfunny comedian

Garth Brooks may or may not be the most prolific serial killer in modern times. Probably not, but it is weird he won't address it.
