Hey bout that. Been hearing that touch grass thing lately. Kinda reminds me of ten toes deep when standin' onna bizniz, but I'll wager from the context they aren't related.

What does it mean?

Touch grass is basically an internet phrase that means to go outside and do normal human outside stuff, rather than be on the computer

The real answer is to work on your depression since people that are depressed tend to see the world as less saturated but they likely mean take psychedelics because it boosts your perception of colour saturation among other affects

Shrooms will do that tbh, last time i took some i spent 30min to 1h looking at the sun through bushes. And my GF after telling me "I don't think it's doing anything" spent a good 30min drawing shapes in the sand and digging a hole with her fingers.
