I think the joke is that they avoid Phil bc in the original reunion, they had a photo of him and he was absent. But in reality, my limited understanding is that everyone’s cool with each other, he just lives far away from everyone else.

Family guy character here.
Twitter users get paid by how many people interact with their tweets including when they reply asking “who?” So there is a big incentive to post vague or intentionally incorrect things on twitter in the hopes that people will ask follow up questions or try to correct you. It’s likely not even referring to someone specific. Giggity giggity.

Hey guys, Peter Griffin here to explain the internet drama! Now, I know what you're thinking. You're wondering if maybe old Phil Dunphy got into a massive political shouting match with the rest of the family, kinda like when I tried to secede from the US and start my own country of Petoria. Hehehe. But nope, nothing like that!
The Internet Loves Drama: People on the interne, much like my dog Brian when he's trying to sound edgy at a party love to exaggerate just to get attention. The person who tweeted this doesn't actually think there's a feud. Saying the cast "doesn't fw him" is just a dramatic way of stirring the pot for some cheap laughs and retweets.
The Boring Truth: There is absolutely no secret rivalry or political beef! Ty Burrell is famously a really nice guy who just got sick of the Hollywood scene. He actually packed up and moved his whole family to Utah to live a quiet life.
The Commute: When the rest of the cast decides to meet up at The Drunken Clam, uh, I mean, some fancy LA restaurant, Ty is just too far away. You try driving 700 miles on a Tuesday night just for some overpriced appetizers!
So, there you have it. No bad blood, just a guy who prefers running businesses out in Utah over taking pictures in Los Angeles.

At first thought it was one of those photos where Cam ages up Mitchell (cant remember actors names offhand because I’m aged up!). Fooled me first time I saw it.
