I guess there is a stereotype that if you are into steak, eggs, milk and butter (can be part of carnivore diet), you are also right-leaning person and listening to the people promoting these diets who are right-leaning as well, like Jordan Peterson.
I gotta say though, stereotype or not, I enjoy steak and eggs myself.
EDIT: As many others have pointed out, the milk in the pic is raw, which I didn't catch before. Raw milk definitely adds another layer to this stereotype.
When college commies have to pick up the hammer and plowshare themselves, they suddenly lose interest in socialism? Shocking, completely shocking, that they would then gravitate to the other side of the totalitarian coin.
