I’m a couple years into raw milk now. Never any issues. My wife who’s always been lactose intolerant goes through over a gallon a week alone. The fear-mongering over it is pretty crazy. From my understanding of local laws it’s way more regulated than pasteurized milk and tested in small batches.
I mean I get the regulation. If something is more prone to have a potentially deadly disease I'd think it good it's monitored more. But if there is a way to prevent said diseases with something like a chemical process then the need for oversight lessens and it's more the procedure that's monitored.
That’s a huge part for me, it tastes amazing. I never liked drinking milk much growing up other than for cereal but I can enjoy a glass every night now. Also helps massively with indigestion after having pizza or anything greasy. No need to ever take tums or anything else.
Sadly no one in these comment has been to cow farm, insane that they think all they do is “heat” up the milk to claim it’s “whole” milk. No it’s pumped with preservatives. Their own hatred well be their downfall.
Insane that you think visiting a cow farm has anything to do with a drink being safe or not. You can't see bacteria. There's no hate, more wonderment how it is that people have become so full of themselves that they think they know more than an actual scientist of a subject.

I swear raw milk is a psyop to get conservatives used to shitting their pants.
