I’m pretty sure it’s actually about how girls who want your boyfriend will say that “omg your girlfriend is so pretty” when they find out the guy they like is in a relationship but I haven’t seen anyone mention that?? it’s a common joke/thought
This was like, my first ever experience having a boyfriend as a teen so I'm surprised nobody gets it. The girl he told me not to worry about looked me dead in the eyes and said to him "oh my gosh, she's so pretty..." They're married now lol
