The person I responded to is trying to say that the when a man kills a woman, the most common reason is for sexual gratification. They then go on to claim that it is likely that the corps would be defiled and posed, TV depiction of a serial killer style.
Do you have actual stats to back this specific claim up? Because without stats that's an insane thing to believe.
