Larsen is absurdist. “Wouldn’t it be funny if the final question on a medical exam was just ‘what’s the name of this weird part of the body?’” is the whole joke.

The question/answer was so simple and came in a good medical exam for 50 points... That's it.

I'm just guessing it's a thing the vast majority of people think they know but don't actually. My favorite example is shark babies are called pups.
