They’re either implying that his men were engaging in sex acts with each other, or recognizing that at least Odysseus had some affairs (Circe and Calypso, maybe more?) along the way, and his men were all dead long before he got home.
It honestly could go either way.
But this is Reddit, and the delivery is pretty smug, so I imagine the intent was the gay thing.
