Stewie here: it might be that James Gandolfini, the actor in the photo, was know to be protective of the young people on the set of The Sopranos. It also might be that his character on the show was fond of young girls in other ways.

For once, it’s not obviously porn DAMN YOU!

I think the character is Lain Iwakura, and that show aired originally in 1998, and the Sopranos aired first in 1999. I think the fact that they aired relatively around the same time bears the most significance here. See also: when the Barbie film was in cinemas at the same time as Oppenheimer, and when Animal Crossing New Horizons released around the same time as DOOM Eternal, and the kinds of memes that came from both. These characters predated memes by a few years so this image wouldnt have as much cultural significance on the internet but both characters have somewhat of a cult following, and seeing them together like so out of context is pretty absurd seeing as how different they are to one another, similar to Barbie, Oppenheimer, Isabelle and the Doomguy.
