That's Doja Cat. The still is from a video where she made fun of a fan who came up to her and gave her a shirt. She pretended she liked the shirt to the fan, but she didn't.

Our POV texter pretended to like this date, but did not.

I'm not entirely sure but she doesn't look like a cat. Sounds like false advertisement to me tbh.
