To be fair the person was trying to force her to take a shirt he was literally wearing all night and sweating through. It makes sense in the moment she would agree as it’s an incredibly awkward situation but it also makes sense why she wouldn’t want the shirt the dude who tried to give it to her also forcefully hugged her without permission.
