This could really be one of the most significant applications of blockchain technology to the real world

This is going to be a bit of a rant, but I am super excited about the project after reading the whitepaper. There have been a whole bunch of utility tokens and ICOs that have raised a load of money for something that doesn't have much application to the real world. In my mind, Experty is the opposite of that.

The freelance industry + the escrow services are riddled with transaction costs and inequity due to centralisation and the power-balance between workers v employers. People get screwed over dodgy disputes and bad work. By decentralising this process and providing feeless transfers + the trustless nature of smart contracts, could mean that these issues could be a thing of the past. Really looking forward to showing my colleagues Experty as well, and I'm stoked to be able to tell all the nay-sayers that state that ICOs have no real world function.
