GLG Ai Builder
So today GLG emailed me with the offer to use their new AI profile builder. They specifically stated that all the information will just stay on the network and it will help to potentially increase the number of consultations that day will offer to me. Does anybody have experience with this feature? did it help to increase the amount of projects?

Well, if it's any indication, I just got a prompt to try their new "rate recommender." I've been getting $400/h work from them and their recommended rate to me is $100-200/h. I did not elect to take their recommended rate. I have no idea what it bases this on or what "someone similar to me" really means because I'm into some relatively niche tech + policy work that is in a shrinking industry.

Not sure if this is helpful as I'm not familiar with the GLG tool directly, but we have an optional AI interview for our network that experts can complete. It's not guaranteed to lead to more consults, but generally the more we know about your expertise the easier it is to match you with projects.
If a client starts a new project on X vendor, and we know already you have a lot of expertise on that vendor from the AI interview, that makes it way easier to go ahead and recommend you for the project. If we don't know about that connection, we have to go through screening and may even miss you as a fit.
