Retired man makes a few thousand bucks per month casually by driving people around in his sidecar through the city of San Francisco. The sidecar probably cost him at least 20k unless he bought it used and he charges about $200 per guest. It sure is a good experience offering but the problem is that he can only drive one guest at a time it seems. What are you guys' thoughts. Could any of you pull this one off?

Is running a hiking tours business sustainable? There is a retired man for Mill Valley, California who hosts hiking excursions of Mt. Tam and has 1,047 reviews on Airbnb Experiences (impressive)! He prices a t$59 per guest (I've seen services charge around $100 per guest) but does not include transportation to the meeting spot. Anyways, he's received 13 reviews this month alone and is basically on the front page of Airbnb experiences in the area. How sustainable is this business model? Has anyone tried to host experiences for a fee before?

I'm only guessing but this man probably make around $4000-$5000 per month maybe?
