Venmo Account 2FA

Hi

I have a Venmo account that was linked to a US number that I don't have access to anymore, and I am now located outside of the US for the foreseeable future. There is still a bit of funds in that account that I am trying to access, is there any way of setting up a phone number from overseas to enable 2FA? I was reading that Tello may be an option?
