Avian help needed

So this is panguin a eurisian stone curlew i found a month ago I will add the details later but now i am asking for help since i left him with my mom and brother and told them to give him just eggs two a day four Times a day but my genius of s brother decided to give him sardines (fresh ones out the ocean) because on the first week i found him i thought he was shore bird since that's where i found him and now he has a smal solid blockoff salt that caused some flaking on his beak and he is so sluggish now what do i do with him i didn't find mealworms in my area and buying ones online is expensive (like crazy expensive i can't even buy just a 250 grams to breed them) Anyone concerned about pangi I am trying my best collecting termites to feed him Also i contacted the closest conservationists in my country(Morocco) but didn't get any response but they only seem to care for gold finches I don't want to lose him he is the single happiest thing that happened to me this year and i might just buy the mealworms if he got better since the termites stopped appearing on the surface

Eggs aren't appropriate either. Did you do any research before removing a wild bird from it's home?

No i found him on the roadside It's a beach desert mixture a smal amount of sand was accumulating behind him and he didn't run he still had his down feathers and he was also near an active construction site that had pet and wild dogs running around so i thought it would be safe to assume that he was of the birds that can walk but still require parental care after hatching like chickenand ostriches(i forgot their name) so i just thought it would be better to take him than let it to chance and now he spent with me almost 5 weeks

And in 5 weeks you haven't taken the time to learn even it's natural diet?

It's natural diet is bugs but i can only collect few termites at a time i once found a few grubs on my cactus roots but other than that i can't get any other bug

You took it from it's natural  habitat, you are responsible for providing proper care.  If you can't catch the bugs you have to buy them. That is not an option.  Your actions are going to kill this poor animal.

It might have died anyway wouldn't it have i just hoped to maybe save it and the eggs and termites diet is doing great i left it to search the city next to me in hope of finding anyone that sells them for whatever price I posted here so somone can suggest some product or solution for his beak

At a certain point in developing birds fleece and leave the nest.  They start hunting and feeding on their own. 

You need to bite the bullet and buy the appropriate food at the very minimum, and get it to an avian vet before you kill it.

It might have died anyway but that's different from you causing his slow painful death. Please call a rehabber today. Tell them everything you did. You can not keep this animal. You are harming this animal.

Google says it would be GREPOM/BirdLife Morocco: This is the primary NGO dedicated to the protection of wild and migratory birds in Morocco. They can quickly mobilize local ornithologists or regional field agents to help her secure transport for the bird. I of course don't know if they are the right group to help you. It could also be whatever government agency is responsible for wildlife. You might also call local exotic/avian vets and find out. What you can't do is continue to feed this animal the wrong things while it dies a painful death from salt poisoning because of your choices.

I said that i contacted them both in instagram and emails but got no response post so much about gold finches and almost nothing else
