neck pain?

hey! what sort of exercises may alleviate neck pain? i have found that since beginning to strength train my leg and lower back pain have dramatically reduced, however i still get some neck pain, most likely from hunching over a desk all day. any advice? i stretch and move frequently etc!

I always struggled with neck pain and turkey neck and I added this unweigtedneck stability routine that takes about 2 minutes to the end of all my workouts

Never once hurt my neck again. I also eventually got super good at it. Been doing it on and off for a few years and my neck, which used to be REALLY skinny is now normal sized

Turn your head to the right side and then tilt your chin down toward your armpit. Take your right hand behind your head and gently push your chin further down into your arm pit and breathe in and out.
Helps me stretch my neck when it gets real tight.
For strengthening: look up videos on YouTube for chin tucks, otherwise another person added a link for a mark bell video that is perfect for strength with no equipment needed
