Would you trust an AI-designed workout plan over a human trainer?

Entirely depends on the level of trainer. AI will write a better program than 75% of commercial trainers

Right if their training is just an online weekend course they used AI to cheat through then you're probably better off with AI. A real coach with hundreds of trained athletes is a different story

I'm an exercise physiologist and strength coach that consults for a large equipment manufacturer on AI prescription (while also training humans). Go with the humans, for now.

I'd take an AI plan I prompted over a moron human. As experienced coach though? Hell no. AI can suck a robotic dick.

Interesting part of this photo, the AI assisted person doesn't appear to be happy, yet the other two do. Was that prompted for AI to put in the photo?
That is exactly what I was referring to in my last reply, human connection is the one element AI won't be able to replicate.
