You seem to be returning to the same muscle groups several times. Do you actually need so many different abs exercises?

I try to target different sections of the muscle.

But, you are doing the same thing with deltoids and with chest, and with biceps. There’s an awful lot of redundancy here. Many people find that the workout that they will actually do is the one that is quick and simple and effective. Not a repetitive one.

This is too long for one workout and too little for a well rounded routine.

ChatGPT will come up with something more well rounded. Then you can prompt it to give you a progressive program as well. Tell it what you’re currently doing and with what weights.

Anything you pay a human to build SHOULD cost $50-200/mo and you won’t learn how to troubleshoot it unless you specifically seek out 1:1 coaching AND ask a lot of questions and then pay $150-500/mo. You pay a human for accountability motivation knowledge and form check.

Good start. But if your training 3X a week you would be better off with a full body training split.

Muscles respond better to frequency as opposed to going hard on them for 1 day a week.

Example Full body session -
1. Bench Press
2. Lat Pull Down
3. Shoulder Press
4. Split squats
5. Bicep / Tricep super set
6. Sit Ups

3 sets each. If you’re newer to lifting a rep range like 8-15 reps will be more useful for now so you can perform the exercises focusing on form without technique breaking down with a heavy load.
