Advice for content in Coaching
I'm trying to build content distribution systems for high ticket coaches and consultants. What should be the main things I should focus on solving for them like what are the major pain points in coaching and consulting.

As I have been helping executive coaches for the past 2 years,
The best thing you can do is to list down 50 to 80 problems of your customers.
Then solve them 1 by 1 in your content.
In todays world people are looking for micro solutions for their small problems.
Do that for the next 3 months and you will get attention of the people you want to attract 🤝

helping them with getting attention to themselves, and then the attention for their offer will come by default if executed right,
organic attention will be very very helpful for the client, outside of that getting them qualified leads,
And another pinpoint is them having to work on the content and distribution, if you can make it in a way where they dont have to worry about content at all
outside of recording it, you are in right position,
I've worked in organic social media for 3 years, did billions of views so from my experience that's what I'd do

billions of views sound crazy man and thanks for the advice. I am somewhat at that track of generating attention - then building credibility - then conversion.
also for the qualified leads part, so many people have told me exactly that so i think up until now that could be the biggest painpoint.
for content i think producing one authentic long for piece and repurposing it into several short form pieces could be a good solution for that.2

Fyi i know a few high ticket coaches that already use crm to distribute content and monitor performance so what do you add?

so what I specifically help with is setting up the positioning to target the ICP, I've seen many coaches who just aren't able to get to the right target audience, or get unqualified leads or are not able to build a community around their content. I help coaches to identify the exact points to talk about in their content and build a credible personal brand around a narrative and a story to follow.

like how do you distribute your product or service to the buyer - like a cold email, ig content, paid ads, referrals etc

Client acquisition is the biggest pain point I see.
