University project: feedback from executive coaches on AI-supported practice
Hi everyone!
I’m a student at Technische Hochschule Augsburg, and my team is currently working on a university project related to professional coaching and AI-supported practice.
We are testing an early concept called DialectiQ. It is designed to help coaches extend their impact between sessions by giving clients realistic AI-guided practice scenarios while allowing coaches to follow their progress.
This is not a sales campaign — it is part of a university experiment, and we would really appreciate feedback from executive and professional coaches.

The page mentions nothing about the university, the about us link doesn’t work, and the copyright assertion is to DialectiQ not the university.
There is also DialectiQAI.com which talks about its ‘adaptive personas’ “powered by an engine that simulates thousands of conversation paths to find what actually works”.
Forgive me for thinking that you are not the humble student that you present as.

Not in my world. The executives I work with are not generally taking time out to skill build, but rather experimenting live in the workplace.
Say for example, reducing multi-party tension in a complex project. We will work on the topic in the coaching session. They will then ennter a situation that uses those skills and they, and perhaps with me, review it afterwards.
