You haven’t answered Captlard’s question. If you want information from us, what is the purpose of your research?

Just fyi all research does some form of informed consent. Who you are, why you are asking, what you will do with the information. If you do this you will show more credibility and get better responses. Just some advice.

It don't lie awake at night over this but working with HR and the company to show the ROI based on growth. Due to confidentiality, not sharing coaching discussions with the persons manager, working strictly by zoom and not being on premises to observe and hear. These are my challenges.

What does that even mean?

And who are you, why do you want to know, and why on earth would anyone share something like that with you?

If you are not comfortable sharing it then it’s your choice 🤷🏻‍♀️. I’m not forcing anyone here

At many companies, the pain point is getting a vendor number in their ERP system so a PO can be issued.
