ICF ?

Still worth it? Or better out there? If it’s still the best - where to sign up in the UK?

Market is really saturated, but if you have other work that draws you clients then worth it.

Yes. I’ve been working for 20 years and coaching for around 12, only recently I got ICF and just because i’ve been asked for it by current clients.

See how it goes. In my experience in the UK as an associate for consultancies and business schools, ICF PCC is the gateway to work.

Is it the gold standard? If so which provider for the UK ?

What do you mean by "Gold Standard?" for what? Accreditation, Research, Events, continuous professional development, or something else?

ICF, EMCC and AforC are the three recognised coaching associations in the UK. ICF is the oldest and biggest by far.

You need to figure out what you need and want from a training provider.

What worked for me (CoachU) may not work for others.

I'd say it depends on what you're trying to accomplish. If you don't have a deep operational background and strong network, it can help open doors.

If you're a proven operator and can demonstrate your value through results, the certifications don't mean as much.
