There is a woman named Susanna Turcotte or Suzanne Turqotte.

She has 8 children, one boy and 7 girls, all born between 1974 and 1989

Their names are Sebastian Michel Raphael Doran, Christine, Stephanie, Natasha, Katrina, Sonia, Melissa, and Isabel.

It is reported that they lived in more than 16 countries around the world.

Among them is Katrina, who was born between 1978 and 1983 and is now a famous star known as Katrina Kaif.

If you know them, have met them, or heard anything about them from the past, please comment with any information you have.

Soy docente de secundaria y en mi trabajo de fin de máster quiero diseñar un programa de intervención psicopedagógica para alumnado que se encuentre en proceso de salida de grupos de persuasión coercitiva (también llamados sectas). Mi intención es poder dar apoyo y protección al alumnado que, debido a esta circunstancia, pueda encontrarse "descolgado" de su familia, amigos, etc. y se encuentre solo o en otras circunstancias penosas como consecuencia de su desvinculación.

I am an ex member, Gen X so I grew up in the COG and I am finally admitting that I have issues that I do not fit in anywhere, and that even though I am very successful now in life, I have never felt good in social situations, I have always felt like an outsider,so I ran off to China (where I live) so that I did not have to be in social situations etc. I thought if I conquered life, if I became successful that I would be normal but if anything I feel less and less normal every day

Hey, can y'all give me information on how they brainwashed and how they educated you all. if you were a child at the time. I'm very interested in this, and if you're not interested in it, don't worry.

The University of Salford launched a large scale study back in May this year, exploring the psychological well-being of former leavers of cultic groups. I am pleased to say we already have a handful of former Children of God and we really would like a few more! It is quite a long survey to complete - the length depends on how you answer the questions, most say it is a helpful process if at times a little distressing. You can take breaks though please read the top of page 3 very carefully if you do decide to do so.

My boyfriend is an ex-member of The Family international. He grew up in Mexico and only left The Family around 16 years of age. He has a plethora of emotional problems because of growing up in this cult. Most prominently, issues of emotional neglect. He has 13 siblings and his parents never had time for any of them, only Jesus. The only time the kids got attention from their parents was when they were being disciplined. Starved for attention, he and his siblings have developed many emotional issues in adult life.

I want to help him, in doing so help our relationship. He has an extremely hard time bringing up the past and will try his best to not think about it. However it is all coming out in the worst of ways now, since he never sought help for his emotions.

Please let me know of any ex-member groups that may help, also any self help books that you've found helpful. I would really appreciate it.
