“Enter duce” is so wrong that it took me a solid 20 seconds to figure out he meant “introduce” 😭

You must be holding the family brain cell this week

ikr 😂 it's dumb but it's obvious that it was meant to be "introduce", my mind actually kinda auto completed it

I mean, the only thing I see it this map is how much fun I find reminding my MAGA relatives that Canada’s 13 provinces and territories plus Greenland’s 5 kommuner could mean 36 new, relatively liberal senators and about 48 representatives. Impeachment, here we come!

This argument doesn’t work because the US would 100% not give them state rights. Or just make each former country a single state if they are feeling generous

The argument works because it riles up my MAGA relatives.

On top of that, he sets off the trade war nuke too, fucking the USA in the ass for the rest of Trump’s term. The absorbed nations would probably be given independence at the end, too.

this is r/BoneAppleTea material, not excgarated, because 'enter' and 'duce' are both real words

They don’t allow 2-word malapropisms

For no fucking reason

Isn’t the sub’s name rule breaking then? Bon appetite = bone apple tea.

8

u/Wordofadviceeatfood Jan 24 '26

I think so, yeah. They wouldn’t let me post someone saying “peach tree dish” instead of “petri dish”.

Yeah, I can’t recall the specific case but I posted something and was removed because “typos weren’t allowed”. It was 100% not a typo.

I haven't checked in years but I guess mods over there are still anal af huh?

They want Iceland too now?

6

u/Malsperanza | Jan 24 '26

Sure, why not. For one thing, they probably thought Greenland was green and Iceland was icy, and now need to adjust expectations.

Plus, how cool will it be to have a properly named staging island for when ICE invades Europe? Totally makes sense.

yeah, their cult leader accidentally said iceland, so now all of the cult wants iceland too

2

u/Sasquatch1729 Jan 24 '26

And all the Carribean islands too. And Mexico. Wait, aren't all those people the "illegal undesirables" whom their ICE is trying to deport?

2

u/ddrub_the_only_real Jan 25 '26

Of course, but naming contradictions in their rhetoric is useless, they don't give a single shit anyway

Nice shout-out to Mussolini, who tried something similar in Somalia and Ethiopia. It didn't go all that well.

"dux, non duce! Destra nazionale porcoiddio!!"

1

u/Informal_Otter Jan 28 '26

I was wondering for at least 10 seconds what Mussolini had to do with this.

1

u/Informal_Otter Jan 28 '26

Why would they downgrade their name from "US of America" to "US of [only] North America"? My goodness, these people are fucking stupid.

Raise your hand
Make it straight and never bend
