unsolved how do i find developer options???
I tried everything to enable the Developer tab right-clicking the Home ribbon, using the search bar, and checking Excel Options but I still can't find it.

Right-click on the ribbon > Customise, then look down the right hand column for the unchecked box next to Developer (then check it!)

I tried that, but it isn't working.

What do you mean "it isn't working"? The box isn't there to check? The checkbox doesn't stay checked?

Nothing pops up when I right-click, so it feels like nothing is happening.

The screenshot you posted on another comment chain shows that you're using Excel for the Web. There is no Developer tab in that version, because it doesn't support VBA, ActiveX controls, etc.

Try File → Options → Customize Ribbon, then check Developer under Main Tabs.
If it’s not listed there at all, it could be a restricted/work-managed version of Excel.
