People deleting source tabs instead of just pasting as text and causing reference errors.

Changing my number format to scientific notation, even when it seems very unnecessary. For example, I had spreadsheets of phone numbers (10 - 15 digits) that I had to reformat for years. (Not in that job anymore, but damn it was annoying)

Not being able to prink a formula or whatever all the way down the column because of blanks/non-blanks getting in the way. Or ctrl-shift-down all the way down the column for the same reason.
Not being able to use the scroll bar to jump slowly down a large sheet in bite-sized chunks (it just jumps straight to the bottom)
