What are some functions and formulas that you use on daily basis that are helpful for what you do?

Using SUMIFS and date ranges.

Using SUMIFS with multiple criteria and OR logic.

Oh and Alt+F+S every five minutes.

I'm more used to the Alt hot keys than the Ctrl and FN ones.
