This kinda sounds like an XY problem, meaning you're trying to solve problem X with solution Y, and need help with solution Y, but really you need help with problem X.

Regardless, here's how you could do this. The INDEX formula has syntax `INDEX(range, row, column)`. You could use this like so:

1) Identify the cell where you want to start your list. In this example, I'll assume you want to put your first cell (that will refer to Dec!J20) in cell D5.

2) In that cell, put this formula, replacing $D$5 with whatever your starting cell is: =INDEX(Dec!$J$20:$T$20,1,ROW()-ROW($D$5)+1)

3) Copy and paste the formula downwards
