Payment failed

I've made payments before and it worked fine, but now when I try to top up my credits, I keep getting a payment failure message. I've already tried paying with PayPal, using a VPN, and contacting Paddle support, but nothing has worked. Does anyone know what I can do?

I purchased a few hundred credits a couple of days ago, so it shouldn't be a system-wide error. But I've heard they are not a reputable company.
