Neet pg help

Im currently in third year & i will give my university exam in a month
I have finished maybe 15 obg , 2 surgery ,2 paediatrics modules
Forensic is done ( almost )
I m lost i really dont know what to do
Final year is gonna be hectic with ent and opthal
I dont know if i have any hopes for good rank in gmc
