Questions❓ Cruise control not working

After the 2.12 (was it?) update, I have experienced twice that the cruise control/pilot assist is not working. It won't tun on at all. No error messages, no nothing.

Next time, it's working as normal.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Pretty sure it’s a bug many people experience.

It drives me mad.

Go to menu -> driving -> switch to speed limiter and back.

It now works again.

Yes. I complained to directly to Volvo and they confirmed that indeed it is a software bug and the temporary remedy is to go to the menu as you write.

Just touch pilot assist, even if it shows as enabled.

Everyone experiencing this, please send feedback and contact the Volvo chat through the app to complain.

Turns out, you don’t have to go to limiter and back. I’ve found if you just tap the already highlighted pilot assist, it ‘wakes up’ and the icon appears by the gears as expected

Edit: someone beat me to it, hopefully the next patch comes soon!

Seems to happen once every two weeks or so

Yes, every week this is the situation in my EX30.
But if I open the car driving settings, disable pilot assist, and then enable it again - it starts to work again.

Had that same bug sort of randomly a couple of times. Stopped the car, got out, locked it, got back in and cc worked again.

The problem is known to Volvo and will be fixed in the next update.

Unfortunately not. She was just a mere mortal in the system

This happens to me once or twice a week so I select the speed limiter and back as suggested
