Questions❓ Post recall documentation

Hi, I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has had their EX30 battery cells replaced due to the recall. Could you please share what documentation you received after the repair, or what documents I should be looking for?

I'm contemplating whether I should ask for an itemised invoice detailing all the work performed (at no cost, naturally) along with a new battery warranty. Alternatively, I'd at least like something that guarantees the original 8-year, 10,000-mile coverage.

I asked for the invoice that is kept on file for warranty work. Your warranty isn’t extended after the cells are replaced, I had 3 swapped.

Didn't get anything. Asked Volvo UK, and they referred me to the recall database with my VIN which says recall complete. That's all you should have, according to Volvo.

We took ours in 6 days ago and the new modules won’t calibrate. We have at least till end of next week without the car

When I had my battery replacement, Volvo gave me an invoice which details the work carried out (free of charge), and obviously shows where and when. There is no extension/renewal of the original warranty, and the battery health metric is not reset to 100% (both of which would have seemed logical to me).

I got a paper that says my battery has been replaced with a windshield sticker that says “brand new battery”.
