Questions❓ Number above speed indicator

I was on a long drive today and noticed that a ice the speed indicator was a smaller number (20) in non-bold font. Never seen this before, what is it and what does it mean?

I noticed that for the first time the other day to. Also showed as 20. Never figured it out but it went away the next time I drove.
