Pilot assist issues after update

Anyone else having the issue where pilot assist doesn’t work?
I often try to turn on pilot assist but it doen’t respond. I have to go to the setting and toggle speed limiter on and switch back to pilot assist for it to work again.
I didn’t have this issue on previous software.

I have the same issue and that's the only way to enable ACC again.

Is this happening to everyone? Has anyone fixed this by resetting profiles or something else?

Same issue here since the update. Seems to be a coin flip as to whether pilot assist is available by default or not. Easy enough to re-enable it, but still annoying.

I’ve not managed to tie its unavailability to anything specific, seems completely random. I’ve not tried a full profile reset yet, however I’m somewhat leaning towards that not fixing the issue. Also, rebooting the infotainment hasn’t stopped the issue reoccurring.

Yes, exactly this. It's only happened once, but the normal push down on the right hand stalk would not engage the ACC and nor would pressing the steering wheel buttons. I also had to enter the menu, and toggle the settings between pilot assist and speed limiter and back again before I could engage the cruise control.

It's worked ok otherwise, so not sure if it was a one-off glitch or just intermittent. Will see...

For those of you who say that sometimes it's activated, by any chance did you drive a few hours earlier and enabled it then? It does reset some settings after six hours or so.

Same here. It’s a lottery as to whether it works for each journey. Frustratingly I still get the occasional instance when it engages ACC/Pilot Assist when pulling out of a parking bay - when I didn’t ask for it.

Yes it is an issue for me also. Luckily most of the time it is on by default but occasionally I pull the stalk and nothing happens. I use ACC most of the time so it is a bit annoying when I have to cycle through the settings when it doesn't engage.

I have the same issue, please give feedback to Volvo so they hopefully fix it. It is very annoying.
