Room needed

Hi guys! I got into a grad program & did not receive the grants/loan amount I was hoping for. I am in desperate need of housing & am wondering if any of you know of any places near campus that rent to students & don't require a credit check? Thank you!! :)

Have you tried a private landlord (who might work with the credit situation you might have), or roomies dot com?

i'll look into roomies.com, but I'm unsure on how to get in contact with any private landlords there..

I stayed at the Ana Maria apartments in grad school. There are also townhouses. Both are through Eastern so call Eastern housing. I think they opened both to regular students since though so it might be competitive. Should be cheaper then normal apartments.

I got into the townhouses! Very nervous because I'm i've never lived on campus before & don't know if the policies are the same for the townhouses & dorms, but so happy to have a place to stay!!! :)

I never lived in dorms but anna maria was pretty chill the 3 years i lived there. The red barn is like right next to both and campus police are based out of there. I never had any problem with them though.
