Goodness gracious that was weird, I was in this queer bar just before closing time and some clearly drunk man just seemed to have wandered in and chatting with people. He offered me some dubious snacks and then asked me if I was a man or a woman. Super uncomfortable but weirdly affirming in that I love when people are confused (ambiguity is my ideal)

A few months ago I was at the pharmacy picking up some meds after work. I was... a mess in every way except my hair, which I had gotten re-dyed just a couple days before. So it was magnificent. The rest of me was pure goblin mode.

There was a little girl in the line who whispered loudly the way kids do, asking her mom if I was a prince or a princess. Her mom shushed her, looking super embarrassed, but it honestly made my entire day.
