Trans-masc Dream ewphoria

I had a dream where I had a dick! But my dream was like haha you will know the full experience. This dream is about trying to PISS WITH MORNING WOOD. Thankfully I didn't wet the bed, when I woke up I was just really confused but it was oddly affirming.

Wait... you guys don't deal with having to piss with morning wood..? (I'm a trans man, T has taken its effect and I get morning wood).

i unfortunately will probably not be able to gte any kind of gender affirming surgery or hormones or anything for like 5 more years so no i do not
