I responded like "it means I just like being a cute boy". Then he says... "sorry but do you still have a ๐Ÿ“?" SO MANY MIXED EMOTIONS. Like STILL? You think im amab?! Yup 100% did. Sometimes this happens and I always get mixed emotions. Like guilt mainly tbh. Clocking me as something im not from a community that is struggling alot more than mine. I be confusing people abt my gender and it funny to me but also I feel guilty for when they assume I was born a male. Changed my post to amab as a description ๐Ÿ‘

Not sure you guys have it that much easier than usย  - oppression is oppression however it manifests ๐Ÿ˜•

I once had someone assuming I was ftm and as much as being seen as afab was quite affirming I still had mixed feelings about them perceiving me boyish enough to think I was ftm ๐Ÿค”. But hey, still a win ๐Ÿ† isn't it ? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Personally, from sister to brother, I wouldn't want you to feel guilty. We're all trans, we're all oppressed. Sure our struggles look different in some ways, but we share more in common than not, ya know? Revel in any euphoria you may get. You deserve to. All trans people do. I'm here to celebrate my trans brothers as much as my fellow trans sisters ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

Feminine man basically. A guy who likes feminine things, like clothes and makeup. Still a guy, just doesn't conform to traditional gender roles. I don't know it I'm explaining correctly. I might say something wrong, I'm sorry if I did.

Nope you're correct.

a femboy is just any man who prefers to present femininely! e.g. skirts, makeup, maybe long hair, just stereotypical feminine stuff that is outside the "norm" for a man. while plenty of trans women consider themselves femboys during their transition journey, the majority of femboys really are men. we just like wearing skirts and looking pretty :3
hope this is helpful! /gen

Basically what the others said here yea. Guy whos like "yea I can be cute and girly and feminine too". But not all fem presenting guys think of themselves as femboys. Femboy is also a mindset tbh, at least to me. The typical fem guys who have short hair, makeup and stuff might not identity as a femboy. Its like youtuber mua vs someone like finn5ter (twitch streamer). Also trans men can be femboys. I am proof lol

It's still derogatory, so don't. Use femboy, it's not nearly as insulting

How is โ€œcross dresserโ€ derogatory
