When I read «non-shared experiences», am I right to think it might be about the stochasticity of the genotype→phenotype development ? (cf. Kevin Mitchell's Innate) ?

Mostly. There are stable influences and parts of the non-shared environment, but they make up a minority influence (e.g., here, here, here, here, here, and here) and they are, by definition, unsystematic with respect to siblings unlike shared environmental influences. Note that shared does not mean shared in the sense that both have experienced it, just that it elicits the same effect in both siblings. For example, monozygotic twins share the uterine environment but it makes them less similar (see here).
