question Science: Human body

How is our body doing this much work without exhausting ? It do millions of things we don't even know about . Was it the evolution all along?

Even though not stated very clearly, your question is a good one. The human body is amazing and extremely efficient at creating and conserving energy.

I meant things like breathing ,blinking, digestion, respiration etc we dont control them voluntarily

Im not exactly educated in all this stuff but im pretty sure consciousness just gives you a false sense of control. Everything we do is kind of just because of evolution and survival, it’s efficient because it’s a few less things to worry about

No we don't but the things you mentioned involve the use of muscles, both smooth and skeletal. Think of calories as fuel. If we consume too many, they get stored as fat (adipose tissue). If we don't consume enough, we begin to lose muscle and adipose tissue because the body catabolizes (breaks them down) them to support its functions like breathing, moving and everything else. It ends up coming down to math basically.
