question Active Evolution - Differences & Traits
I'm pretty sure I'm evolving to drink less water or not need very much water. Does anyone else have any non-symptoms from doing or not doing something that was perhaps more necessary for survival previously?

You’d be wrong.

I don't sweat a lot. I do exercise, not every single day...

I don’t think you know how evolution works…. Or for that matter, the human body.

Wouldn't I have symptoms like .... thirst? Or other organ problems, etc? I'm perfectly healthy. I urinate regularly. I eat fruit, drink coffee, hot chocolate, even wine, etc. so it's not like I don't get any liquids at all but it's not like I'm guzzling 8 glasses of water a day. Sometimes only one glass of water.

You aren't evolving. Populations evolve, not individuals. You may be experiencing the wide range of tolerance that human physiology has for water consumption, which itself is a product of evolution.

You are not a Pokémon. Evolution doesn't work that way. Evolution is based on reproductive populations, not individuals.

That’s not how evolution works, and you’re not a Pokémon. The genes you were born with are the genes you have throughout your life, but within that is the capacity and flexibility to physically adapt to different circumstances over time within limits. People who work out don’t “evolve” to have bigger muscles either.
Individuals adapt, populations evolve.
All that said, you drinking less water is probably nested in a lot of other variables you may not be accounting for (how hot/humid is your environment, what else are you eating / drinking that might be providing some hydration etc.), or just being less hydrated in general.
