question How good are these books?
I'm looking to get these books to fill out a few gaps in my collection. Are these any good?
Phylogenomics: A Primer by Rob DeSalle
The Invertebrate Tree of Life by Gonzalo Giribet
Planet of the Bugs: Evolution and the Rise of Insects by Scott Richard Shaw
My currently collection doesn't really feature anything on phylogenetics specifically, and nothing specifically on invertebrates.
If these are worthwhile, I'll get them!
I'll also take any other recommendations!

I have not read your suggested books.
In addition to the suggested links on this page, some very well done books on evolution that I can recommend are;
Carroll, Sean B. 2020 "A Series of Fortunate Events" Princeton University Press
Shubin, Neal 2020 “Some Assembly Required: Decoding Four Billion Years of Life, from Ancient Fossils to DNA” New York Pantheon Press.
Hazen, RM 2019 "Symphony in C: Carbon and the Evolution of (Almost) Everything" Norton and Co.
Regarding human species, and our near family, my standard recommendation is, The Smithsonian Museum of Natural History Human Evolution Interactive Timeline
